Who's who
- Bhagya Royale is the business selling to you. It reads your Enquiry and replies to you on WhatsApp.
- Shreelr runs this website for Bhagya Royale, and for other small Stores in India.
What's saved when you send an Enquiry
- your name
- your WhatsApp number
- your delivery address and pincode
- your note, if you write one
- what's in your Cart, with the prices
- when you sent it
There's no account, no email and no payment. Nothing is paid on this website. Browsing without sending an Enquiry saves nothing about you on Shreelr.
What it's used for
Only your Enquiry. Bhagya Royale uses your details to reply to you, confirm shipping and the final price, and deliver what you buy.
Shreelr doesn't sell your details, and doesn't use them for ads or to send you messages.
Who can see your details
- Bhagya Royale, in its private Enquiry list.
- Shreelr, when helping Bhagya Royale or fixing a problem.
- The companies Shreelr uses to run this website. They store or carry your details for Shreelr:
- Cloudflare runs the website and carries your Enquiry to the database.
- Supabase keeps the database, on servers in Mumbai.
- GitHub makes a backup copy each day and encrypts it.
- Cloudflare stores the encrypted backups, in the European Union. It can't read them.
Shreelr gives your details to no one else, unless the law requires it.
On WhatsApp
When you tap Send on WhatsApp, you send the message yourself, from your own WhatsApp. It holds your Enquiry reference, your name, town and pincode, the number of items, the total, and a link only Bhagya Royale can open.
From then on, the chat is between you and Bhagya Royale. Shreelr can't see it. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply.
Bhagya Royale may copy your name, number and address to send your parcel, for example to a courier. Those copies and your WhatsApp chat are kept by Bhagya Royale, not Shreelr, so the 12-month removal below doesn't reach them.
The other WhatsApp links on this website, such as "Ask Bhagya Royale about this", only open a chat. They save nothing.
How long your details are kept
- Your name, number, address and note are removed about 12 months after you send an Enquiry, and never more than a few days later.
- Bhagya Royale keeps the rest of the Enquiry (its reference, the items and the total) for its records.
- Bhagya Royale can delete an Enquiry sooner, and you can ask for that (see below).
- Shreelr makes an encrypted backup every day and keeps each one for 30 days. Removed details are gone from every backup within about 5 weeks.
Your IP address
Shreelr doesn't store your IP address. Cloudflare sees it, as any website host does. It uses it for a few seconds to stop too many Enquiries being sent at once. If it blocks a request, it keeps a record of it, with the IP address, for up to 31 days.
Shreelr's own logs hold no IP address and none of your details. They're deleted within 7 days.
On your phone or computer
- Your Cart is kept in this browser, on your device. It isn't sent anywhere until you send an Enquiry, and it's emptied when the Enquiry is saved.
- After you send an Enquiry, this tab remembers your name, number and address for your next Enquiry, and shows what you sent. Both go when you close the tab. "Not you? Clear" removes them sooner.
- Shreelr sets no cookies on this website, and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Asking about your details, or having them deleted
Message Bhagya Royale on WhatsApp at +91 95297 60060, or Shreelr at +91 90000 00000. Send it from the WhatsApp number you gave, with your Enquiry reference (like BR-1001) if you have it.
You can ask what's kept about you, or ask for your Enquiry to be deleted. A deleted Enquiry is gone from Shreelr at once, and from backups within about 5 weeks. It doesn't delete your WhatsApp chat with Bhagya Royale, or copies Bhagya Royale made to send your parcel.
